Chicago Tribune | Chicago man dies in parachute jump A Chicago man who lost consciousness during his first solo jump at Skydive Chicago was the 15th skydiver to die at the facility near Ottawa in the past 12 years, authorities said Friday.

Matt and Missy Nelson--siblings who took over Skydive Chicago after their father, Roger Nelson, died in a skydiving accident in June 2003--declined to comment, according to workers at the company.

Does anyone think this is a bad idea?
